Issue description

PayPal have contacted me to state Pay Later has been enabled on my account. I'm using the drop in UI and at the moment have normal PayPal as an option.

PayPal have stated the Pay on 3 option should display on the popup automatically after selecting "PayPal" and then clicking on the orange button on the dropin UI, as follows:

However, I don't see this at all. In my current checkout when selecting PayPal I see everything except the Pay in 3 option.

Have PayPal not set up Pay in 3 or is there work required on the dropin UI to trigger the Pay in 3 option?

Is anyone able to shed some light on this on the PayPal rep. I'm speaking to by email isn't overly helpful and doesn't appear to be particularly in the know.
