[Feature request] Add supporting other models and APIs

Currently this plugin only supports OpenAI models. I would like to expand it to also work with other models like Anthropic's Claude, Cohere, and local models like llama. This would allow using the plugin with a variety of conversational AI assistants beyond just OpenAI.

The plugin could detect available models/APIs and allow selecting between them. Or have separate plugins for each. This would make the plugin more flexible and useful across different systems.

Please consider adding support for additional models and APIs beyond OpenAI. Being able to use local models like llama would be especially useful for people training their own models or wanting to avoid API costs.
