no module named tempdir #51

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/bin/install_c_kernel", line 9, in <module>
    from IPython.utils.tempdir import TemporaryDirectory
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'IPython'

When i try to run install script i get following error message
