It seems like the server folder autoloader isn't triggering live reload when code is reloaded. This wasn't such a big deal in the past since routes in server were thought of more like API endpoints than "pages", but once #959 is in place, we'll want controller-level code changes to trigger live reload just like views in the src folder do.
