Lanyard, which includes all executable files, installation files and documentation (the "Software") is a "Larger Work" derived from the NASA World Wind Open Source project. The NASA World Wind Open Source project is licensed under the NASA OPEN SOURCE AGREEMENT VERSION 1.3. See http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/ for further information about NASA World Wind.

Lanyard modifications and additions which constitute the "Larger Work", and which do not include any portion of the "Original Software" as specified in the NASA OPEN SOURCE AGREEMENT VERSION 1.3, are provided under the terms of the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 3.

For OEMs, ISVs, and VARs who wish to distribute Lanyard with their products, and do not wish to license and distribute their source code under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 3, a commercial OEM license, which will continue to be subject to the terms of the NASA OPEN SOURCE AGREEMENT VERSION 1.3 for the "Original Software" as specified by the NASA OPEN SOURCE AGREEMENT VERSION 1.3, may be available for purchase.
