Building Brooklyn alters the contents of the default persistence dir #1321

  • Start an app with --persist auto --noShutdownOnExit.
  • Stop the app
  • Run mvn clean install in Brooklyn root
  • Resume the app

No persisted app is found! This is a bit surprising. The build should not affect the default persistence directory, or if it must it should return it to its previous state on completion.
