Incident Management

Create incident reports with images, descriptions, involved people names/contact info. Vital signs. Locations. etc etc.

I love the idea of this but the problem is that it must be implemented to be hipaa compliant which will require a lot of manual work on the part of myself in the form of periodic audits, mitigation strategy etc. Things that are not development or support and are very hard to justify in a free system.
