[FEATURE] Move Our work: Workshops/Software out of Hugo.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, to update the workshops/software pages in our work, the website needs to be rebuilt.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to move that section out of Hugo to some dynamic web application that leverages the GitHub API. That way the pages will be update instantaneously and there's no need to wait for a rebuild.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I only have considered the option of creating an ember application like:
