Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem, but I think it would be cleaner and more responsive to have the links to submit a ticket, join the discussion in the quick links instead of in the floating window. Sometimes (may be just me) the window takes a little while to show up

Describe the solution you'd like
Add those links to the quick links section. Creating a ticket or requesting a ne Oscar account seem similar actions so I think it would make sense to have them in the same place
