Workshops & Talks should not reply on Brown UUID to work

As of now, any person listed within the contributor people section MUST exist in the about/people.yml content file. Additionally, the name of the human MUST match exactly because it grabs their Brown UUID. This creates problems when folks are outside of the Brown system -- we should remove this reliance on Brown and instead link via github username only.
