Store window focus state when toggling Full Screen / Capture Mode

Currently, if you have the Metrics window showing then press F11 twice, it won't be showing. I don't know if this is an imgui bug or intended behavior on their end, but it's not good user behavior for us specifically because the editor is very full-screen-toggle heavy until we can get multiple viewports in.
