Changing the content should affect the concept map and vice-versa since the two are obviously related (this already happens in a small way with the links in the content being represented by a link but should also happen with regards to hierarchy).
Of course this process could be done manually by the user but it takes too much effort and removes the user from his "flow"
"Smart" headers
Since headers in a document imply hierarchy, a user should be able to easily represent this structure in his concept map. Creating these headers should affect the concept map and vice-versa
This is closely related with #173 (important for step 2.)
Also to #167, because these hierarchies can then be used to make this distinction between sources and concepts
