关闭open_basedir出现(File is not within the allowed path(s))，开启basedir就出现Error让我关掉

权限已给777，open_basedir设置到的目录是skinserver，网站目录是skinserver/public，禁用的函数已开启，fileinfo已安装
我把open_basedir设置了之后，就提示我关闭basedir

我关掉之后，又给我报错：
