Hi,
How to generate certs if worker/controller IP are not known in advance? If we want to create the cluster using coreos cloud-config, on any cloud provider, IP's are not known in advance.

This modified tutorial starts from the point where you have your nodes, so once cloud-config is used to create the nodes, you should be able to get the node IPs and create the certs. However, I am not familiar with cloud-config, so I am only guessing here.
