AS A DevOps
I WANT TO use up-to-date documentation
SO THAT I could deploy Bürokratt and/or its components separately

This is a sub-issue of buerokratt/Buerokratt-Chatbot#561, so must follow it's parent's AC

Acceptance Criteria

  • Create a new feature branch based on current dev branch
  • Remove all unnecessary documentation
  • Make sure that README.md provides all relevant links and guides for deployment of Bürokratt as a fully functional service
