VFD Aux Pump does not start.

The VFD's relay output does not operate when configured as the aux pump output.

With the following parameters set (where non-default),

PD130: 1 - no. of aux pumps
PD052: 25 - output F: aux pump 1

relay is expected to operate on run-start and release 20s after run-stop.

Relay output confirmed working by setting:

PD052: 01 - output F: in run

This setting stops the pumps as soon as the motor has stopped, which in practice is probably sufficient.

PD135 controls the minimum motor drive voltage below which the pump will stop running (after PD136 seconds).
The default is 95%, which is probably why this wasn't working.

PD138 and 139 appear to provide similar limits based on spindle frequency. However the manual is as clear as muck on the matter, and refers only to "sleep time" for these parameters and PD137, rather than "pump sleep time" for PD135 and PD136.
