IfcTendonType deprecated attributes or not?

Similar to #877 #878 #879

IFC4.3 docs for IfcTendon says that some attributes are deprecated and the respective attributes of IfcTendonType shall be used instead. However, IFC4 documentation for:

1. IfcTendon says those attributes are deprecated (in the entity's change-log, but none of them have a deprecation note in attributes table). See figure 1
2. IfcTendonType has 3 attributes deprecated in the change-log, and none of them have a deprecation note in attributes table.

Two questions this time:

1. how many are the IfcTendon that are deprecated? Only two (as per table) or all 7 (as per change-log)?
2. are the 3 attributes of IfcTendonType deprecated by IFC4?
   • if no, then no issue. IFC4 docs has a mistake, but IFC4.3 is correct. I'll close this issue
   • if yes, then IFC4 docs has a mistake, but IFC4.3 requires fixes. The issue in this repo stands
