right plate stl not generated

Using the 'wilder' branch, and a conda based install in WSL, I am not getting a right plate when I run python src/dactyl_manuform.py. The stl file is missing, and the step file is abnormally small.

Note that I modified the src/dactyl_manuform.py to generate the plate before aborting due to right_side_only=true. But otherwise the code is unchanged.
