Should be possible with Postfinance "DirectLink".
But since DirectLink introduces another API, it would potentially be better to implement this as a separate gateway altogether.

Removed complete authorize request and response, since they are basic…

…ally identical. Currently authorization cannot be fully handled because the implementation lacks a `capture` operation (see #5).

Allow setting the "OPERATION" parameter for a purchase (the default is leaving it blank, so the default operation can be configured in the Postfinance backend).
