Via da Mongolian: it would be useful to set a time at which the Operator’s attention should be brought back to an incident.
For example, a note is left on vehicle that it must move. At this point the incident is temporarily uninteresting until some time later, when we should verify that it did move.
Incidents like “Tool is in a meeting for 60” are another candidate, though that’s perhaps better solved by having a unit status feature.
