The move to yard-cucumber

The change to yard-cucumber, from the previously named Cucumber-In-The-Yard (CITY), was an important shift because YARD has support for automatically including gems with the prefix yard- as a plugin. This greatly minimizes the effort of the users attempting to integrate Cucumber features into YARD.
