感谢大神提供了一种不错的解决方案...
进入新页面前截图确实是一种不错的方案可以达到差不多的预期效果, 但是 我测试发现微信当你随便进入到聊天窗口,这时候另外一个好友给你发消息..这时候你再侧滑返回..我发现这时候那个你看到的侧滑的背景是会更新那个好友未读标记的小红点(未读数)...也就是说不是在打开聊天窗口前一刻的时候就截图了(因为那个时候还没有新消息未读标记).....不知道是怎么实现的..大神可有新的解决方案

@asker517 不知道你的微信是哪一个版本，我在Android最新版的微信(6.2.2 6.2.4beta)中并没有看到你说的那个返回时还可以看到最新消息啊，是上一个Activity完全呈现的时候才刷新数据的
