Tx Characteristic UUID: 0000ffe1-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb

Commands:

Vibrator: 0x55, 0x03, 0x03, 0x00, 0xXX, 0xYY where XX is mode 01-0b and YY is speed 0x00-0x0a
Pulsator: 0x55, 0x07, 0x00, 0x00, 0xZZ, 0x00 where ZZ is speed 00-05

Note: setting the vibrator to 0 will turn off the pulsator too, so if only turning off the vibe, the pulsator must be reset on.
