Currently we test on 0.10, 0.12, and iojs. It's probably not worth supporting any of these any more.

As a corrolary of being abandoned, we are really outdated for this part too, I'm 100% 👍 about dropping Node ≤ 6, and rewrite much core with ES6 goodies by the way
