#296 bumped the minimum supported Rust version (MSRV) to Rust 1.76. I don't believe we document what the MSRV is for cargo-component so I assume it's just the latest version of Rust. CI always tests the "stable" version of the compiler toolchain. We may want to document this somewhere though.
