Can we change the redirect from Play1-2-3, into specific cards instead?

Just like the title, is it possible to add specific cards instead of Play 1-3 for AST? I would really just like to set it and forget it with cards (if people arent dead) I have the party list set up specifically so people in my group are in specific #s and would really just like it if I could redirect Balance to 4 and Spear to 8 instead of having to mouse over or target these people mid battle. or go back to macro's
