There are multiple arguments that have changed the name, or new arguments that we need to support in the next version of the Transifex addin. This task covers adding properties for these new or renamed arguments.

It was decided to instead of updating existing aliases, to instead create new aliases while deprecating the old ones.

(#304) Create new classes to handle latest tx client

There have been quite a few changes since the last time this library was
updated, which causes the need to replace the old aliases and settings
that were used.

As such this commit adds a completely new set of aliases, settings and a
new tool runner.
