Revisions should include all of the additions/edits that need to be made

Process updates

• Add in Evan’s changes about who on his team should attend what

• Add in note about AMs attending these kinds of meeting

• Add in “rules” about ticket updates

• Explain how/when to open a ticket ourselves ("proactive" concept phase 1)

• Explain how/when to fill out new custom properties (3 new ones to document)

• DQ 02 edits (very minor)

• DQ 03 edits
