Single sentence description:

• Analyze how RTPAs split their SB125 funding between operations and capital

Detailed description:

• Per SB125 meetings, there is a need to know how funding is split between operations and capital projects, but there are a lot of pushback from agencies when requesting funding specifics. However, we have access to the SB125 allocation packages RTPAs submitted which include information about funding splits.
