Set luks version in partition layout

Greetings, I'm trying to set up a partition layout with full disk encryption, but (as I'm sure you know) it's a problem with argon2id.

So, I wanted to set boot on luks1 and rootfs on luks2, but I don't see a way to do it for each partition, only for all with luksGeneration:.

Is there any way to do it for each one? If not, I would like to submit it as a suggestion.

Currently, the luks version to use is global, not per partition.

@qmastery16, making it user configurable is a completely separate request than making it distro configurable. We should track that discussion elsewhere.
