Well. No matter what I tried, I could not get past the "favicon.ico/route:" error. I'm going to try the Docker setup now. I see 2 or 3 different sets of official instructions for this... First round gave me the 500 Error. Doens't seem to be connecting to the database. Trying another method now. @fabforms Have you gotten anywhere? |

Making changes to the code isn't hard if you know how to code, I don't, and have the right environment set up, that, I do! Using VSCode and an ssh connection, then using the clone method we did is fine. For a developer... I got it set up now. I ended up falling back to the docker version,, which wasn't too much different, but containerized. Not just files in a directory like the regular repository. Again, having VSCode and ssh into the server helps visualize how everything is connected. I'll go back and add the steps I took on my page when I can get the time. The best directions seemed to be the process on the cal.com website. |

I'm at the point where I'm at the login screen for self hosting a cal.com dev instance.
I started a page to document the steps I took in case anyone is interested or would like to contribute to streamline the process.

Feel free to chime in over there to keep the cal.com discussion board for their needs.
Legitimate bugs we can report here for them to help with!
