Hi there
Sorry just see you question.
The issue is that some events from the apple calendar are not considered BUSY by your app so the time slot is still shown as available to take an appointment. This is true for most full day events.
I guess the issue is coming from the fact that in the Apple calendar event the user cannot set the busy/free field.
As a test I have :

  1. created in my Mail app an event in a google calendar an event with busy/free field set to busy.
  2. check in cal.com : it is seen as busy
  3. without changing anything else, I moved the event from Google calendar to Apple calendar
  4. check in cal.com : it is seen as busy
  5. moved it back to google calendar
  6. changed the busy/free field to free
  7. it is seen as free in cal.com
  8. moved it back to Apple calendar
  9. it is seen as free in cal.com
  10. created a 1 hour event in apple calendar
  11. it is seen as busy in cal.com
  12. moved it to google calendar, the busy/free flag appears as busy
  13. created a full day event in apple calendar
  14. it is seen as free in cal.com
  15. moved it to google calendar, the busy/free flag appears as free

I guess you see the same issue with caldav calendars not handling busy/free flag
Thanks in advance for your support
