[CAL-5002] Remove 'Add all team members' toggle for fixed hosts

For a Round Robin event type, when enabling 'Add all team members' toggle for Round-Robin hosts, it automatically adds the same toggle for fixed hosts. This is a bug. 'Add all team members' toggle should never show for fixed hosts.
