Add more than one example model

What can be improved?

The example model is cluttered with optional modules and time series.

To clean the rule, optional modules should move to another rule. I think we could go even further and support more than one example model: one fully-fledged sector-coupled model and one fully-electrified. Possibly more than just those two.
