Implement iOS 11 header style (hide it under an option on screen -> large: true)

Postponing this for now. Would love to chat about the Header API with others tho.

The iOS header is now way more complex than it used to be and can contain different elements that can be interpolated, including title, bottom bar etc.

I will play around with that after being back from the holidays.
