fix views

sigh

the views are messy. first of all, there's a bunch of them, second their names are not very helpful and last, they pull out much more information than necessary.

we'll make v_web_* obsolete and replace them all with v_ui_*

err, also, they're pulling out more info now than they used too =)
they do however use clearer names such as prefixing the columns with tablename (and in some cases where we join tables twice we call them stuff like "trackartist" (select * from artist where artist_id = track.artist_id) or "albumartist" (select * from artist where artist_id = album.artist_id))
