Gestures are not working on Android Device (Ionic)

Why gestures not working on android??
The map are showing, if I see the console log all the events are triggered but the map is not moving on my device.

my Ionic environment

Ionic:

   Ionic CLI                     : 6.20.1

In the html page I only have the map

I tried with 2.0.0-beta.5 and 2.0.0-beta.1
