[Bug]: OverflowMenu Nested is not working (Feature Flag)

Description

The OverflowMenu Nested is not working when it's hover the element in the menu.
The second Menu is being kept in the same box with a scroll, instead of opening a new one.

Steps to reproduce

• Open the Overflow Nested
• Hover the Level 1 with an arrow
