[Feature Request]: Web Components - AI Label - Update tile components to sync with React

The problem

Currently the AI styles for the tile components in @carbon/web-components is out of sync with the React version.

WEB-COMPONENTS:

The solution

• needs to be updated with latest gradient change (visible when hovering over the clickable tile, web-components version is missing a shadow on the edges)
• clickable-tile needs to render custom icon
• update AI Label Tile stories
