Make scroll bar draggable from the very right edge of the window

The Caret scroll bar is very thin, making it difficult to precisely grab at times. Its effective area is about 4 pixels, because it doesn't extend to the very edge of the screen. Should it extend, it would have an infinite effective area, since no matter how far to the right the user would move their cursor, they'd still be able to move the scroll bar.

Please make the scroll bar extend to the very edge of the window. No need to make the actual bar head any wider: just make it so it could be grabbed from as far as the very right edge of the Caret window.

A similar issue: the sidebar is not resizable and way too short to display the name of my files. As it is right now, it makes it impossible for me to use the app.

Thanks for reporting this. You are absolutely right. We should do something about the scrollbar. We will investigate more and figure out an appropriate fix.
