Define Scotian Shelf Box and Scotian Shelf Grid areas

I couldn't find a definition of the Scotian Shelf Box or Scotian Shelf Grid areas for data summarized in Derived_Annual_Broadscale. A map outlining the areas would help understand what area the annual values apply to spatially.

@casaultb I think this is a good candidate for a vignette. Maybe we can discuss this at our next meeting.

For my purposes, just the maps in the Hebert et al. 2021 document were sufficient, but I could see how other users may want the co-ordinates as well. These areas are defined in the attached csv files (records 61 and 62) but they have not made it to the package yet. We are initiating a "search by area/station" function for the package where users will be able to find out what data are associated with a given area/station. All areas/stations will be shown on a map and the data made available within the package.

I believe the azmpmap() function I pushed would directly address this in that it facilitates plotting all of the objects described in the csv files (i.e. polygons_attributes.csv and polygons_geometry.csv).

It doesn't allow searching, but it does show the areas.
