jars not being loaded #4

i've executed build_and_install_logstash_plugin.sh but i'm getting an error loading the protobuf jars

Failed to execute action {:action=>LogStash::PipelineAction::Create/pipeline_id:main, :exception=>"LogStash::PluginLoadingError", :message=>"Couldn't find any input plugin named 'cber'. Are you sure this is correct? Trying to load the cber input plugin resulted in this error: no such file to load -- ./protobuf-java-3.3.1"
