CC tweaked web browser

there is this old file I found made by montoyo who moded 1.12.2 and made a web display mod. here is a modder reasource for it I think.

it should allow a person to make a custom web browser. hopefully this will be done cause I miss web display. but I also want to play the newest version of Minecraft.
I'm not sure if anyone would do anything with this but I hope someone does.
