old fashioned cocktail
- 2oz kentucky bourbon (they all taste the same to me, maker's mark if you want somthing fancy)
- sugar cube or 1 table spoon brown sugar
- 2 dash of angostura aromatic bitters
- large orange or lemon peel
- large ice cube or sphere
- rocks glass
- jigger
- muddler
- bar spoon (or any spoon)
- add sugar and bitters to rock glass and mudler until it becomes a fine paste
- add ice and bourbon to glass and stir
- fold fruit peel over drink and rim
- ENJOY!
