Cannot run the server on Linux and client on Windows #26

The init flag windows_exe should have the same value in both processes (server and client) to work well. This does not aloud to run mixed operating systems.

this issue manifests when the client (running Windows) requests to the server (running Linux) an HTML report and the report provided comes in UTF8 format and Windows is incapable to show it.

So far it can be solved if the command set PYTHONUTF8=1 is typed in Windows console BEFORE launching Dui2 client app
