Create a private slack channel for each of the working groups

@ixchelruiz @bajpaigarima Let's not wait longer in this. Please float the list of members of each working group. We can decide the group's name in the channel once we form the channel. I am willing to volunteer for creating the private slack channels if I get the list of members in each working group. :)
