Please create a toc-contributors team and make me an owner of the team so that I could support the effort: cdfoundation/toc#142

  • Create the team
  • Add all TOC contributors to it
  • Document the team in https://github.com/cdfoundation/toc/blob/main/CONTRIBUTORS.md and in the governance charter
  • Add explicit recommendation that the new member makes the organization membership public: GitHub Profile / Maybe LinkedIn and social media
  • Nice2have: Add a TOC Contributor Request issue template
  • Promote TOC Contributor membership

@oleg-nenashev created toc-contributors team and added you as a maintainer. Please let me know if you need anything else for the team.

@fdegir Sorry, I dropped the ball on it due to the vacation. I was not assigned to this ticket, and missed the notification on July 4th. I created a tasklist in this issues.

Need help with the following: Add/Invite @ankitm123 @betarelease @bradmccoydev to the GitHub organization. I have no permission to send the invites

@oleg-nenashev No worries! I just sent the invites to @ankitm123 @betarelease and @bradmccoydev join the CDF GitHub Organization and added them to the toc-contributors team on the invite screen.

The team exists here https://github.com/orgs/cdfoundation/teams/toc-contributors, and the document exists at https://github.com/cdfoundation/toc/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#toc-contributors, even though it's marked as draft.
Would it make sense to have issues in the roadmap linked here for any missing work item?

@afrittoli there is a list of the tasks in the issue header. IMHO what is missing is the promotion and attracting more contributors. The item is already on the roadmap, and it is something I'd like to finish
