I think we should avoid referring to projects that contribute data to the CDS, such as ERA5-HEAT.

To define the percentiles, there has to be a reference period. I believe this is 1971-2000, although the documentation is ambiguous. We could ask Sam to check.

I think it is worth mentioning in the page text that a 30year running mean is being shown.
