[Vanilla] Honor points and escort quests bug ?

I've spent few days farming HK in WSG according to wowhead after a week I should recived rank, but nothing happend. Is it bug or I don't understand the mechanic ?

Also there are issues with escort quests. At least I had problem with one in Westfall. After accepting quest Defias Traitor stays at place.

Honor points and PvP ranks are counted starting from the second week of the server, and also second week for every newly created character (i.e., after the second reset that occurs on the night from Tuesday to Wednesday at 0:00). The server must be stopped before midnight and restarted after midnight, otherwise the honor points count will be delayed by a week. Regarding escort quests, the Defias Traitor, Captain Keeshan in the cave at Redridge and the Three dwarves near Loch Modan Lake also bug out. Haven't had a new escort bug since, just these 3 for the moment.
