Current Behavior

Music plays normally, Menu SFX has the correct volume, but voice lines (aside from cut-scenes) and some ingame SFX are almost inaudible

Expected Behavior

Have correct audio mixing

Steps to Reproduce

Start game with Toypad
Play until you are actually in-game
Turn on subtitles to see missed voice lines

System Info (Optional)

OS: Win11
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4080
CPU: Intel i5 9600k
MB: ASUS Z390i

Emulation Settings (Optional)

Tried all three Audio APIs
Also Mono, Stereo, Surround
Copied needed cafeLibs, when shown errors in log.txt (Unimplemented audio function)
